Stress can be defined as a reaction which we experience when we cannot cope with this situation .
The result is emotional or physical discomfort in the danger, Psychological stress is often caused by mental and emotional demands from personal beliefs, family or friends.


Symptoms of Stress :
· Physical : Digestive problems, Fatigue , Headaches and Insomnia
· Mental : Boredom, Confusion, Forgetfulness , Negativity and Lethargy
· Emotional : Anxiety depression, nightmares , Frustration and short temper
· Spiritual : Apathy , Doubt, Emptiness , Loss of Meaning and Loss Faith.
· Ralational Blaming ,Distrust, Lack of intimacy, Arguing and Intolerance
